After watching so many different donghua, i realied only renegade immortal can have each episode that gives an emotional experience, and not like one season.
Despite that comparing with btth, sould land, etc, its the only one that remains perfect after so many episodes and season unlike the fallen btth.
yeah this is what you call consistency, pure talent and hard work. so many eps and they still maintain good animation with storyline. hats off to the studio.
Lord Er Gen’s storytelling is unmatched, even outshining Fanren. his work remains superior, no one comes close. I disagree with the latter.
While the studio hasn’t given the adaptation its full potential due to censorship and pacing constraints, they could have done more, but they’re still crushing it. Not one episode is boring. Absolute peak donghua!”

I can’t stop crying. This fatherhood arc was short and beyond sweet. It reminds me of Eugeo from SAO with how he and Wang Ping didn’t stay with us for long but their impact on the story and overall tone/emotion is immeasurable.

I hope this is not the last we see of Xu Mu’s form. I love this face. They seem to have changed it a bit to morph with the original, it seems more angular though I might be wrong, but i like it a lot more.
