A Good Day to Ascend Episode 11 Indonesia, English Sub

The bearded man watched them step onto the bridge and lowered his voice: “This youth’s fortune is not thin; hopefully he can return to the mortal world. Under no circumstances must you drink the granny’s tea water!”

Xu Ying and Yan Qi boarded the rope bridge and walked forward all the way, safe and sound, without encountering any tea-selling granny.

Man and snake gradually lowered their guard, walking forward chatty and laughing. When they were about to reach the end of the rope bridge, they saw many people queuing by the bridge, blocking the way.

Xu Ying and Yan Qi lined up at the very back, watching the crowd slowly crawl forward.

After a long while, they saw these people queuing up to drink tea at a tea stall. The tea seller was an old woman, white-haired and hunchbacked, her face full of wrinkles, carrying a teapot and pouring tea bowl by bowl.

Yet the tea water in the teapot did not seem to diminish at all.

When Xu Ying and Yan Qi arrived here, their minds were muddled and hazy, having already thrown the bearded man’s instructions to the back of their minds. They only felt an unbearable thirst, believing the purpose of their queuing was to drink a bowl of granny’s tea to quench their thirst!

Finally, the queue reached Xu Ying.

At the other end of the bridge, the bearded man saw Xu Ying pick up the tea bowl, sighed secretly, and lowered his voice: “His fortune is, after all, somewhat superficial. Even though his parents are strong, they still cannot protect him so that he survives…”

Just as Xu Ying was holding the tea to drink it all in one gulp, the tea-selling granny looked Xu Ying up and down, her expression suddenly changing slightly. She snatched the tea bowl away and sneered: “Brat, you have already drunk countless bowls of this old woman’s tea, countless times at that, and you still want to trick me into giving you tea? Get out!”

Xu Ying suddenly woke up, cold sweat beading on his forehead. He grabbed the tail of Yan Qi—who was about to drink the tea—and dragged the large snake out of the rope bridge.

At the other end of the bridge, the bearded man was also dumbfounded, standing frozen there without moving.

After a good while, he finally realized: “meng po soup can erase all memories, causing a person to revert to ignorance and Chaos! When the granny said just now that he had drunk countless bowls of meng po soup, did she mean his past memories had been washed away countless times, or did she mean he had already lived countless lifetimes?”
