Ugh, he's still so annoying If I were Yun Che's enemy, I'd probably throw up blood and die from anger. After rewatching the 1st ssn, I'm anti Qingyue (not proud of it btw) but I can't help it. First time I watched this, I was still new to donghua and I remember wondering why Yun Che was so ugly (this was after watching TOS and getting used to pretty characters) but the change this ssn is so drastic. He looks completely different. Kinda like Chen Nan (ToFG) Not looks but how they also changed him in ssn3. My only complaint though is why they even bothered to change Fen Juechen. His previous face was easily hateable. Dude looked like a demon wannabe. Now he just looks normal. Still hateable but normal

In reply to Freeman. It's good to see they're not rushing (for now) the show, unlike a couple of other new shows like Great Ruler S2 where the story is on the back foot in favor of showcasing fights after fights like Perfect World.

Not a fan of MC’s new generic face, and rearranging the events was confusing at first and then meaningless.

Getting the 4th lackey to impale the SkyBurning guy was a good plan, but the remaining SkyBurning sect member could vouch for the former, so kinda pointless.

So far, I really like this Donghua a lot. I put it right up there with some of my favorites like Immortality, Renegade Immortal, BTTH, A Record of a Mortal’s Journey, Soul Land 2, Martial God Asura, Martial Universe, Stellar Transformations, Shrouding the Heavens, the Great Ruler, and Tales of Herding Gods to name a few.
