The enemies that Shi Hao killed are having the “king” title because their ancestors are an “Undying”. This is equivalent to “Immortals” in 9H10E.
As of yet, there’s no Immortal Emperor in the whole Universe (whether it’s the enemies’ world or in 9H10E). That’s why anyone who achieves Immortal/Undying King level automatically receives the highest accolade. The power in their blood is being passed down to their descendants.
In short, descendants of Immortal/Undying King = young emperors. Descendants of Immortals/Undying = young kings.
Similar comparison of these “kings” that SH killed is the Wang Clan for example. However, they called themselves the “emperor” clan (it’s a bit of a hollow brag) but everyone acknowledges it because their ancestors were formerly “Immortals”. Well, what can you do when your ceiling is just an Immortal while across the border, their ceiling is an Undying King? So whoever has the biggest fist sets the rules.
By right, Wang Xi cannot call herself a young emperor clan because she’s only a descendant of an immortal, not an immortal king. In terms of bloodline inheritance, she’s probably weaker than those kings in this episode because her immortal ancestor is long dead. **the concept is similar to BTTH**

You seem to know Chinese soups well! But you’re spot on! There’s no 10 flavours but I guess in Shi Hao’s pot, it actually is 10 different flavours. Lol! The word Shi Quan literally means “ten complete” (whatever)
So, the more proper translation is: All-inclusive great tonic soup. I’ve never tried it before but it’s supposedly a famous herbal soup that invigorate your Qi and blood, and it also strengthens your body.
