All the things he cares about especially people always are in danger or left behind. It also seems the more power he gains the more isolated he becomes. I wonder if the Eternal City masters would be ok such a fate if they understood this?

It also makes me questions how they were able to work his domain because the insights and power Wan Lin gains from The Life & Death domain were all rooted in loss, gains, and the cycle of life and mortality. If you’re cultivating towards eternity that seems to be in conflict with how his domain works logically.
