To answer your question, all of his bodies became undying. Becoming an undying does not involve his bodies alone. It also affects his soul. At the point of becoming one, his soul merges with every cell (this allows an undying to regenerate even from a single cell). He also loses his original core (from the golden horned beast) and will no longer have the capability to create new bodies using the GHB’s innate talent technique. That is the reason why he had to create his last body before breaking through.

When someone breaks through to Undying realm their physical body and soul body become more closely connected being fed by Immortal energy, so for someone like luo feng with multiple bodies, if he breaks through with one body, ultimately all of your power originates from the soul so technically you breakthroungh with one body then that applies to any other body you may have because its your soul becoming Undying and your soul is still just one no matter how many bodies you have
