There won’t be a season 4 or a sequel because Sword and Fairy 3 is adapted from a game and it’s a Standalone story just like the rest of the games in the franchise.
Sword and Fairy 4 is already in production and the story will be competely different with new characters

Fun fact : the studio that did Sword and Fairy 3 is the same as the one that did Island of Siliang.

That’s the main characters of both donghuas look alike, especially the mc and the fmc.

Since this was based off a game and it was just an adventure story driven wise, I would give it a solid 6 since it was an okay watch to pass the time. And it reminded me of Island of Siliang after all. I’m still waiting for the next season of that one as well fam. 🤔🤔🤔
