I wanna say they ran out of funding but it looks like they didn’t have much to begin with. The story line is 6 and this is me being generous. Since it was produced early I understand why the fight scenes are meh but the most annoying thing is their yapping. Lord do they talk. They spent so much time on stupid dialogue instead of having MC find pieces of Pangu’s axe.

Half the time I didn’t understand their cultivation levels. It feels like they were poorly done because wdym they can go to upper realms without leveling up? Yanran and Xueyun had no business ascending so early. If anything, Zhou Kang should have done it before they did. And can we talk about An Yun’s design? I thought there would be upgrades later since SSS and PMS did it but I was wrong. Over 450 eps and MC still looks like an alien. I’ve seen low budget but this looked like they were barely hanging on. If they ever continue it, then they’ll have to change a lot. Imo it’s not worth getting another season. They’re better off donating that funding to ToDG
