That scene was ludicrous. The forced it on us and the Holy Mother. She had learned the truth long ago about our boi, his wife/master and her memories not returning. However, as you know nothing has been said about removing the seal on his first love. Which would instantly allow her to recover her old memories.
I’ve noticed they like to look down on viewers of the show. As far as they are concerned, we’re stupid for watching Anime. That or they expected viewers to forget what they already know, Forgetting isn’t something we do.
I think with her case apparently when she makes a breakthrough fam her memories start coming back little by little that’s why the progress is somewhat slow on her end while Ye Chen can just give the other people their memories in an instant. 🤔 🤔 🤔

He’s such a dick! He totally deserved to get pushed back like that for not kissing her back. He stood there like a frozen statue. Fucken assholes that started weighing on this shows creation need to die. I have my imagination to overwrite what I see and recreate a scene the way I want. But i still prefer to watch the same thing as everyone else does.
There’s only one reason why every show that we see getting censored or story rewrites is because of the chance to evolve is happening now and theres a high probability if someone has the requirements. They don’t want viewers imaginations spinning up to light speed and taking off on a trip in their mind daydreaming or otherwise. Because each and every one of us expends used energy when activating, accessing and using our imaginations. And that used energy still has purpose for a while.
Back just before the entertainment industry began its decline. There was an immense amount of used energy that come from using the imagination. in the world But it has a finite lifespan, It settles and accumulates in the atmosphere until the sun changes it back to its original state making it lose the ability to assist with evolution. Making it more difficult for evolution to occur

they have added too many themes from Japanese anime and American shows used to waste time and make more episode while slowing down the story. for example, he used to be very strong but now he can barely defeat an enemy just one level above him, and he always needs about 3 to4 episodes to defeat the enemy unlike before when it took at most 2 episodes and he was very strong
I think this will end in 7 episodes. It was slated for 182 eps but it changed to 173 a few weeks ago. If nothing changes we might be saying goodbye to Ye Chen the Holy Lord of Unmet Expectations soon.
It’s a pity. Once I got past the hope that this would be great I actually enjoyed the weekly dose of silliness. It’s good filler show for when we’re waiting for other stuff to drop, it goes fast, the characters are likeable and gorgeous, and it’s visually stunning.
Also, the mcs want to rise to the very top but when they get there the stories end. Years of following them, all their efforts and determination to rise, then they get their revenge or recover their loved ones, end goal ✅ , and life stagnates. It’s all over, bye to adventure and excitement and joy of living. They should wrap up endings better than this

Im going over the manga right now. And a lot of it is the same. However When something is different it changes what I think about the parts in the series. It doesn’t surprise me this might end. That is if they don’t renew the contract to continue creating the show.
The most likely reason if they don’t renew and extend the show even though there’s still a lot of story to tell. Is the same reason many shows have been modified by removing fMC’s or canceling the shows altogether. Romantic themed or include a llove interest in the plot is not as marketable as shows without fMC’s when selling Anime shows on the global media markets. Tencent and the other Donghua studios that are publicly traded on the stock exchange in China. Each had 5% of their stock purchased by Sony Pictures and then they went in and started barking orders using securities exchange laws to take control of the studios. Claiming they want more profit from their stock and the studio must follow their system of profit making. Its all bullshit they just want to control the same as they did to Japans Anime industry beginning in 2017.
Or rather thats what they’re telling everyone. While the true reason is what I mentioned above. If those studios ever expect to turn things around and take complete control back. They need to involve fans. China is very resistant to anyone coming into their country and messing with media. Sony first purchased 4.92% of Tencent stock and began barking orders. possibly claimed they will have the full 5% soon and made some sort of under handed threat about letting them in the studio early. Otherwise when they do have the 5% they were going to make things worse. Think up your own worse case scenario. They did worse. We have all see the results. Every new week of shows. things get worse and worse. IDK if they finally own 5%. They have a real dislike for Japaense media and also USA’s in China.
