No, he already awakened his third supreme bone ability but the cryptic runes are not complete (or at least he couldn’t see everything yet). Just like how the magic stone that Shi Hao lifted at Yun Xi’s clan let him have a glimpse of the runes from his first supreme bone (that was taken by Shi Yi). Each time he enters into subconscious cultivation, the immortal aura in the stone shows him a bit more of the runes.
It’s the same logic here. The redhead beast actually awakened the complete script of his third supreme bone. Now, all three of his supreme bones abilities are complete.

If I may emphasise, do NOT miss next episode. This is the peak of funny Shi Hao. I mean, he’s not trying to act as a clown, but what he does is just so out-of-the-world. And when what he did was told in a third person’s perspective, no one could believe it. Read this and repeat after yourself:

The first time Chi Menghong used time domain to trap Shi hao (Shi hao really sensed death making him to use body as seed> Gates opening up which we saw but it was the palaces lnstead) going all out with this kick…
The kick broke chi Menghong eye socket, nose bridge and caved his mouth in( that kick could instantly kill a king clan but Chi Menghong is an emperor clan). The Scarlet king furnace I’m sure we’ve all seen it at imperial pass, Chi Pu the supreme being Meng Tianzheng captured is his uncle 😅.
The hand Inside is truly an Immortal kings hand but Chi Menghong can only bring out the power of a self release cultivator which his realm. As Mo Xian said the Dao formation in the mountain summit is blocking thier impacts or else …..
Chi Menghong used time prison also called time stasis to trap Huang ( which is a seprete time space, the pillars made of primal chaos and the chains made from time ) which we saw ( Ps you gotta love how Shi hao always combines his techniques together, it’s always amazing to see, we don’t see that often in other donghuas) .. Shi hao wanted to also used law immunity but he thought he didn’t want to use all his trump card let him do some experimenting with his old techniques.
The second time Chi Menghong used time domain and Shi Hao was like you’re still using this trick ( Shi hao’s was pissed that chi Menghong thought it would work in him again because he was careless that first time making him feel fear of death, In the past he wouldn’t be caught off guard like that and even if he was, he could still release a technique) … We could also briefly see the river of time when he released the domain the second time.
But it was when his reincarnation fist and the domain made contact did the river of time show from both time dao fragments that spread around ( it took them to different timelines and eras before returning back to the Dao comprehension mountain) studio didn’t show this.
Third Supreme bone awakened prematurely and he wanted to stop it but didn’t cause he was in the middle of battle, he didn’t want the divine technique it grants to be ordinary.
Chi Menghong precious bloodline technique burning candles( literally burning time and spirit) the battle didn’t end like that, Shi hao gave him another chance after he recovered his vital essence turning his hair back to black from white.
But Huang still won, He didn’t kill him, his primordial spirit escaped with the help of some elders but guess studio killed him off, Shi hao robbed them more than 6 times and left with 120 Dao leaves breaking a record 😭…
He gave Mo Xian 10 Dao leaves and I think the lil girl is definitely ruthless empress
The immortal kings wants to raise shi hao as one of them only a few higher ranks knows this info that’s why he’s still alive.
