The Divine Kingdom is where the divine energy of an immortal flows from, much like a source, and also contains teleportation coordinates to numerous points within the universe. Teleportation requires massive divine energy, fighting requires divine energy, so this is like a domain of sorts,
So when is within the original universe he uses “God Country” a domain-type treasure to move around and to fight as well. This technique/domain treasure requires massive amounts of divine energy sometimes.
Also Divine Kingdom is where MC stores his other clones and treasures.

pretty much what xue yun said and it’s what makes teleportation possible in the original universe. when a world master breaks through to become undying, their inner world transforms to become a ‘divine kingdom’ and this actually has a physical location that’s why someone other than yourself isn’t supposed to know where it is especially other races.
the physical location is a fixed location in the original universe? and it’s used as a referrence point and thats also why its unusable in universe sea. how does the “teleportation” part of it work exactly back in original universe?
I don’t know if this is too late to respond, but teleportation is pretty much possible anywhere even in the universe ocean. As long as you have marked coordinates you can teleport.
But the problem with the universe ocean is that it’s too vast and most places are unchartered, so teleporting blindly you can find yourself teleporting to an unknown location and you’ll be lost forever or just die.
That’s why its easier to teleport in the original universe since you have divine kingdom to depend on.
