Since everyone is taking one side. Im going to look at this from a different POV. Basically, Xiaoman’s fury might be because, she was genuinely sincere when asking Ye Fan to leave, but he didn’t. The deeper meaning in her words. Li Xaioman is without a doubt, the one person who knows Ye Fan the best on that planet. She knows he doesn’t back down for any reason. But she still asked and hoped he would be sensible and understand; she’s asking him to leave because she doesn’t have a choice in the matter. And wanted no harm to come to him, more than that loser bleeding out on the ground behind her. It’s plainly clear, Ye Fan can kill him any time he wants. So she pleaded with him, knowing that, Ye Fan knows she knows him best. Asking him to leave would be wasted words every other day. But today please leave. But Ye Fan didn’t even take time to think about her words, and in response, she blew up.

Since the start of the story she always had inferiority complex, i remember that in the earlier episodes she was jealous of Ye Fan’s leadership, when they arrived in the new world.
Even when her and the others were recruited by the elders to join a sect because they could cultivate, she got arrogant because Ye Fan was still a mortal.
She even told him ” you can’t cultivate, so live your life as a mortal ” with lot of ego.
And when she met him again, she got jealous because he could cultivate and was getting stronger than her.
She is just a b*** who is not able to forget the past and move on.
Even during their short conversation before their in this episode you could see on her face that she still doesn’t accept the fact that Ye Fan is stronger than her and he has moved on.
But her actions forces him, to have a fight that doesn’t make sense, at now he doesn’t have an grudges against her.
But she’s stupid and stubborn because was well manipulated by Hua Ynfei. 🤦♂️

I wish I knew for sure. Officially it’s marked to end at 156 on the online anime trackers. I don’t follow studios’ announcements so I can’t say it’s 100% but I think this is one of the series slatted to end soon – having said that there were others also slatted to end and they got new seasons. Chinese studios blow with the wind and keep changing their minds so we can only wait and see. :/
It’s bit of a shame the studio gave up on the manifestations of moons and shit they were doing before Ye Fan got hit with the doa curse thing. Those things always looked impressive. This doa treasure during this fight reminded me of the awesome scale we saw at lower cultivation levels, and it’s just a shame they have toned down that scale for majority of the fights since then. It’s sort of just Ye Fan flaying around with his sword with a fewer more impressive looking techniques thrown in. Even the fights back when he first got his cauldron looked more visually impressive than a lot of the fights we have seen in thee past 25-50 episodes in my opinion.
Great show, just a shame the studio hasn’t really made his increased cultivation levels all that satisfying. It’s like we just have to take the shows word that he fighting more powerful people, because visually, they don’t seem to be doing anything that much different than before, and in some cases, seem to be far less grand in their displays of power.
If we based on LN the fight between Ye Fan vs Hua Yunfei and Li Xiaoman is void shattering, the mountain range where they are fighting is flattened, all of Ye Fan’s strange phenomenon and battle techniques are unleashed simultaneously against the two combined attacks, they also traveled thousands of miles like a cat and mouse to kill each other. . . If the studio executed this I may say this would be on top 3 best fights in donghua. . . Unfortunately the studio didn’t executed it right. . .

meh – Soul Land 2 is almost a note-for-note retelling of SL1 with a few gimmicks and changes of scenery thrown in there; I dropped it ages ago. They changes the names and locations, but it’s still just “kids enter school, kids get stronger, MC’s love interest has something “different” about them, big bad shows up, school friends must get stronger and unite to take out the big bad and rally around the MC who is donghua Jesus”.
