the fact that RN parted with one of his knives from the set, is mental too, even if he is at God tier now. Thats what his entire development was based one.
The problem with the show was when it went into the arc with the dark continent and the demon/angels people wanting to come back. It stalled on all progress and advancement of himself. This made the story pretty boring, as he wasnt getting advancement by getting new knivies, and he wasnt cooking, or advancing his mage powers. So none of the 3 things that made the show and RN interesting [aside from wife clans storyline] were present.

Yes I don’t like what Yuhao did here, he is practically betraying Tang San with Rong Nianbing. He should’ve inherited the sea god seat, make it a perfect match for Wutong.
Tang San didn’t want him to inherit sea god but asura and yuhao abilities compliment the god of emotions more
It fits more for Yuhao to be the next God of Emotions. They both have peak affinity with ice, and they both put emotions into their technique. Plus, with all the spirits following Yuhao. Being the Sea God would waste their ice powers.
Huo Yuhao doesn’t really fit becoming the Sea God position fam. And if he really had to do it doesn’t that mean he has to go through the same crazy trial that Tang San and his friends went through in Soul Land 1. That’s going to take time and not only that it would be a carbon copy of the story. I know he could give him a different kind of trial but who knows what it will be though. 🤔🤔🤔 The story has already been written fam that he will inherit the God of Emotions position and like @Yasfei said down below in the comments, these 2 align themselves like the same way if we are being honest.

Everyone else basically got treated as an obstacle or opportunity, so its not surprising that he would go against TS even knowing he is the God King now.
