I’ve heard this is good, but am a lil hesitant about watching it, cuz it is the last long binge-watchable Donghua I have in my notes! Am always content knowing there’s this to binge-watch someday. So, am worried about not knowing what I’ll do when I catch up with this too 😫

I havent seen any of SL3, so I don’t know much about it. Is it a better story than SL2 WAS back before outside influences appeared and began dismantling and restructuring the core of the story.(MC’s thirst to avenge his mom is gone. He even seems chummy with stepbro now. They really twisted the facts around to suite their narrative.
SL4. I know most but not all I got to around ch700 or so. If they make it. Great! From the back story to the timeline its set in. Is in the middle of my desired comfort zone for type of Anime. SL5 know only of premise and beginnings. I’m not sure about the MC desperately trying to get his love to remember him because her memories didn’t return after reincarnation. That is, that’s what it looked like to me.
In SL3 we have Tang Wulin as the protagonist and he is more popular than Huo Yuhao from what it looks like fam. SL4 I pretty much have no clue about that one since SL5 is the most anticipated one by many. I’m pretty sure people are just excited to have Tang San back as the MC since the first SL, people still prefer the aura and what they can deliver with what we had in the first one. No other SL could compare to the OG basically. 🤔🤔🤔
Oh so in SL5 Tang San is back! But the era is thousands of years later? correct. I recall in SL5 startingout the girl is a demi or ?? She has bunny ears. I know I could look this stuff but I trust our fam here more.
Tbh, I don’t really know much about SL5 fam, I just read some stuff of what the wiki people made has to offer. But yeah, our boi is back in SL5 and that’s what people are waiting for.

So much shiet happened in the first 5 minutes, i couldn’t even follow anymore. Something something about divine weapons. Angel Girl level up, sword guy level up etc etc. why?
Yu Hao transforming because he got a new haircut, or was it the other way around? My god.
Turning Tang San into the Fish God was one of the worst decisions in anime historia.
Back then in SL1 it gave me one of the biggest head scratcher of all time. Because it was so random and dumb as in out of character to go the fish route. And it still hurts the franchise today.
As we can sea, this plot decision truly was pure dumbassery. Should have sticked to the Asura God or something else. But not Fish God. All the Deep Sea plots in the Soul Land Verse are complete crap.
They never amounted to anything worth watching. They are simply not fun. Just like here with this episode, we wuz mermaids… 10/10

There is nothing to improve for him. He get all his powerups handed out to him for free. Barely anything he “achieved” is through his own effort. Compared to Tang San. Who actually fought tooth and nail for every scrap of power, he bleed blood and tears, and he earned his god powers through sheer effort.
Here, Yahoo Hao gets multiple invitations from a god, the god approaches him to become his successor.
And all the other shit i forgot he got handed to him for free.
It started right at the beginning of this show, with the worm who possessed him. And gave him unimaginable illusion powers. He could pretend to have and show 5 red Millennium rings, despite not having a single 1000 year soul ring.
